My 17-year-old son and I had to move from Yeovil to Taunton. We started looking for a suitable home from the beginning of January 2022. Unfortunately, most of the properly agencies ignored us and did not even respond to my emails. I submitted applications for different properties five times, but I was rejected. Desperate on March 22, I decided to go from agency to agency in person and talk to them face to face.
The fourth agency I came across was eden may,greeted by a kind, sunny, and smiling woman (I later found out it was Jayne). When I shared my problem with her, she replied that they have a suitable property, but unfortunately we do not cover 100% ofthe requirements of the landlord.

On the three occasions we have sought Tenants through eden may they have always found someone within a week.
The old Tenants had seemed, on the surface, to have looked after the property and tended the garden; there was also an expectation and contractual obligation that the property would be professionally cleaned prior to their leaving. We knew that the House would need re-decorating and it was with some relief that even prior to raising the issue Jayne at eden may had already sought tendered quotes to do this, saving us the trouble. eden may use tradesmen with a proven track record who do a good professional job and we are usually pleasantly surprised that their quotations are always reasonable and competitive.
The refurbishment of our property progressed over a period of 10 days and Jayne regularly visited to monitor progress and to “quality control” that already done. The day before the new Tenants arrived Jayne spent an entire afternoon photographing the condition of the property and fittings, and compiling the inventory. The finished inventory including photographs extended to 147 pages which illustrates the thoroughness with which this was done.
We have always been pleased and impressed with the efficiency and services offered by eden may.
